Pushy parents who think their children are going to be famous etc eg.leader of the Mormon church(Mark Hoffman) or famours doctors(like that person who pretended to be a WHO DOCTOR) may produce narcissitic children,who may even murder to keep the fantasy up.
Unrealistic expections of children that they are going to be president of the US or whatever can produce children who are selfish.
