Hellow every one!Would you please tell me what's the Stupid Tuesday? I read it in a piece of news about American politics.It sounds interesting.Thank you for your help! :wink:
It is not a standard idiom. Depending upon what was being written about, it could refer to the public making bad choices on election day (normally held on Tuesdays in the U.S.. It could also refer to a specific Tuesday when several poor decisions (in the opinion of the writer) were made.
"Stupid Tuesday" is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in those years evenly divisible by four.
"Stupid Tuesday" matches Joe's description, but with the additional condition that my candidate does not get elected.
