"A leap year is a year when February has 29 days;it is believed to be a lucky time to begin new projects.A common tradition says that, during this year,a woman can propose marriage ___and it's luck for a man to turn down such an offer."Is this idea right? Thanks!

Almost right selinamy
It is supposed to be badluck for a man to turn down that offer.
Sometimes it is suggested that a man needs to buy gifts for the woman if he turns the woman down.

I notice that many chinese students do not place "spaces" after using punctuation marks. Punctuation marks are; , " " . ; when we use these marks they are placed without space after a word, then a "space" is placed, then the next word is typed.

Can you see the spaces after marks in my text?

Many english users dont type things correctly, however it is better to learn the correct way at first.
