Gormet charcoal. Who knew?

It is because of a death case I handled over 10 years ago that I will never, ever allow a gas grill in our home. I will never touch one, never use one.

When we bought this house, my folks got us one for a housewarming gift. They brought it over and I freaked, and insisted that they take it back. They did, they hadn't seen me that freaked in, I dunno how long, and got us a regular standard-form charcoal grill, which we still have.

{shudders} I still remembers the pictures that were in that file. You so do not want to know.

There was a guy in Philly who got one of those Weber gas grilles, probly a few hundred bucks. A spider built a nest in the nozzles of the burner and he couldnt get it started , so hes clicking and clicking and KABBOOOOM, he's cooking in the afterlife. What a way to go, embarrasing as hell.

Gormet charcoal is beginning to sound like a flipping bargain.

season. Been doing this as far back as I can remember, using your usual briquets..
