I just been watching the current press conference with Bush and my understanding of what he said is (I don't have an MBA) "If the situation in Iraq wasn't as bad as it is the situation in Iraq would be better." I can only assume that his approval rating will soar.
Victory is just around the corner!
If it isn't around that corner it is down the street, across the busy street, down just a liiiiiiitle bit further and around that corner!
