Drug officials in the D.E.A. decided that cocaine production is Colombia was their target so when new studies demonstrated that heroin production in Colombia was a more severe problem, the study results were simply deleted from the Web site of the Whie House drug policy office because it failed to support President Bush's drug policies.

Hmmm... He seems to start out suggesting that there is a reasonable, scientific reason for the deletion, then actually acknowledges the linkage of the decision (in his mind, at least) to the disconnect with the administration's chosen view of reality in this regard.
