Shades of black. Perfect for my teen angst emo daughter. Laughing

I'm working on getting them back to the table. Then I'll ask if I can share the results. Baby steps for now.

Although, I'm starting to think just covering my kids with paint and accidently running into them with the canvas might be abstract enough. As I do it I'll say "Hey, I'm gonna get your "expression" one way or another."

this is supposed to exp[ress ourselves... I was going to dip my penis in different color paint and do a canvas... but squinney won't let me Mad

I also fear that paint in the urethra might not be too comfy....

Do a Pro Hart.

Get outside with variouse sized containers of different color paint throw, slosh dash, sploodge, sploosh and otherwise make a hell of a mess and then walk on it. Give it a wooky kinda name like "still life polar angst".

How about I get real flatulent, put different color paint around my anus, then fart explosively onto the canvas and call it Portrait of an American President?

That could be considered abstract expression right?

This is my abstract ocean waves:

And below is an abstract-ish one of Vancouver, BC - I am so bad at abstract art

And I tried to do an abstract watercolour once - yikes... hard!

Mame - Those are beautiful. The abstract waves are the feel I want. Alas, I think I'll paint over mine and start again. This really is harder than expected.

Meanwhile, daughter still has a solid black background and I've hidden Bears canvas and the paint.

it really is hard, and it sounds so easy... i've painted over plenty of canvases. good luck to you, squin, you can do it, you can do it Smile One trick some people use is squint at something and paint that Smile and make sure you post the results! (and thank you!)
