He doesn't cut it. Connery was, and always will be, Bond. Brosnan was good but not AS good.

Personally, I don't think they can drag Bond any further into the toilet, so we may as well hit "reset" and see what he would be like as a she.

She'd be a chick, but she'd have sexy men dropping into her convertible from the sky. She'd have a brilliant engineer making clever devices..... the whole nine yards. What actress could pull off that role?

Given Hollywood's current train of thought, it would probably be Scarlett Johanson or Angelina Jolie.
As for me, I'd have to put some thought into it.

I dont think a female Bond would be acceptable.He has ceratin aspects which would been seen as innapropriate.

Ok, the spy/action/gadgets element is fine but you can find that in Tomb Raider.
The fact that Bond shags anything in site wouldnt do women any good and would fuel the fire of us being called slags.

Same for Doctor Who.An actress in UK wouldnt mind playing th eDoctor but how can you have sexual chemistry between a 40 year old womand and an 18 year old male assistant?
Sounds nice but wouldnt do 'the cause' any good.
