When David A. Hoyt attends elementary school music programs in Boulder Colorado he expects reverence, or else. So when his 5-year old wouldn't stop making noise he took him outside and chained him to a fence with a bicycle chain, went back inside and listened to the remaining 10 minutes of the childrens music. Witnesses said the child was hysterical, but Hoyt laughed about the matter, according to a Boulder police report the boy was not injured. Mr. Hoyt was released on a $10,000 bond and forbidden to see his child now in the care of his mother.
