So, lame as I am, I'll just ask? Was that the original Duchamp toilet? Is that a piece of Guernica or a riff from Guernica?

Talk already, amigo.

Tell us about this last piece. Reminds me a bit - only a bit - of a certain Siquieiros' piece.

Yes, thats Duchamps Foutain.

Iv'e never seen Gernica in person. I am assuming that is taken from the real thing that I got from a search

The last one is Robert Williams. He is the younger generations claim of a true master.

I've tried to search the Siquieros horse before and it is in one of my books (still packed). Interesting...

That is part of a larger panel, but of course I don't have my book to talk about it or re-see it.

I cried when I saw some Sienese painting the second time.

The crying is really joy.

I'm pretty glad to see that image again. I'm a fair Siquieros fan, however you spell his name.

I signed a petition for him to get out of jail once, long ago. Not that I knew anything at the time, but my then boyfriend did. Thinking, 1963. That then boyfriend was only in my life a short time, but his ideas woke me up.

I didn't then follow anybody's orchestration, but I started with all the questioning.

Siquieros's paintings were powerfull.

One can slam all that in different ways, but the guy sure painted a package.

The horse signifies him for me.

Even more than the LA crucifix.

Personally, I'm not keen on bloody Mary's. Are you saying my opinion was affected by alcohol - well, yeh, at least sometimes my talking about my opinion is...

but not in this case. I'm very interested in Siquieros. Have started threads on him.
