Is this really true, a billion for a target while some portion of seniors scrape for their prescibed meds?


I realize this is all apples and oranges, but part of me cringes, for more than my usual reasons.

This dovetails with the stories of permanent US bases in Iraq. I don't believe the government is planning to leave Iraq, ever.
