I've seen Morels periodically since I was a teenager (Massachusetts and New Hampshire), but I've never tried one? Are they as good as they say?
I missed my chance to pick a bunch two years ago when I saw a patch of them while I was horseback riding in the Berkshires in MA.
Mushrooms of every type are sprouting up around my house this year, but I haven't seen any Morels yet.
