Let's make a pictorial list of all the fake people out there.
I'll start us off with an obvious one.

Yeah - I was thinking about Lisa Rinna - those lips - I couldn't take my eyes off them in Dancing with the Stars - the horror of them!

Actually that seems to be mostly about angle, lighting, makeup, hairstyle, and eyebrow tweezing -- the lips and lower face seem fine (consistent in both pics).
Forehead might or might not be Botoxed. (That's what's up with Nicole Kidman though I think.)
Can't forget Lil'Kim and her amazing stand-on-their-own boobs.
