Do you believe President Bush's actions justify impeachment? * 234547 responses

Yes, between the secret spying, the deceptions leading to war and more, there is plenty to justify putting him on trial. - 86%

No, like any president, he has made a few missteps, but nothing approaching "high crimes and misdemeanors." - 4.4%

No, the man has done absolutely nothing wrong. Impeachment would just be a political lynching. - 7.7%

I don't know. - 1.8%

meaningless. Now if 86% of the respondents wanted to canonize him.... then you'd have a meaningful poll....(just beating the rush...)

MSNBC is a Liberal news source, don't ya know. Of course that's what their unscientific poll is going to show.

Show me a Fox News poll with the same figures and I'll believe you.

(Beating the rest of the rush)

How thrilled and satisfied and vindicated would we be with all of this impeachment talk if Cheney wasn't hanging over our heads?? Can't we impeach the whole crew?

You do realize that in the MSNBC poll people can respond more than once.

At least now we know what Cheney has been doing in that underground bunker -

201,647 visits to MSNBC to log his "impeach Bush" votes

I happen to know that Cheney only voted 201,646 times in that poll. So stop exaggerating. Cool

The other vote attributed to Cheney was actually made by President Bush. He thought he was ordering a bushel of peaches. Laughing

Anything that sticks to Bush sticks to Cheney twice over, if Bush goes Cheney goes.

But that would leave with Hastert or maybe Pelsoi, if the Dems take the House in 2007. We need a succession amendment, the third in line should be the Majority Leader in the Senate, that would be Frist or Reid but it could be Obama, Biden, Clinton, Kerry or any one of many who have are Presidential material.

Assuming for the sake of argument that we could impeach Shrub and Darth Cheney both, wouldn't power then devolve onto the Speaker of the House? Is that really any better?

It is truly disgusting to see you respond, using your sense of humor, and without the decency to provide a leftwingnut something to rant at you about. How inconsiderate . . .
