Congress has given $3M to the commission, vs. the $47M spent trying (and failing) to tie Clinton to Whitewater.

Republican values: Spend plenty of taxpayers' money to try and get an opponent out of office; spend as little as possible on solving the deaths of 3K people and assessing the nation's intelligence capabilities.

Oooooh, Dyslexia, great Q!

Tartarin - I'll never understand this president's spending habits. He seems to rub every bit of my brain the wrong way with every little thing he does.

The essential weakness of the majority is that they ignore the deeds and yet still allow themselves to be misled by the rhetoric of those they KNOW from endless experiences to be expert and professional LIARS.

Had they the ability to IGNORE the words of their political leaders and concentrate upon the deeds and their after-effects only, their wisdom and understanding would be greatly enhanced.

The events of September 11th and the invasions of Afghanistan and oil-rich Iraq are three superb examples.

There was but one group of political and financial beneficiaries of the September 11th atrocity - which, in turn, justified the invasions that followed.

Little wonder that, unlike all other serious disasters in modern history, every Presidential obstacle has been placed in the way of a thorough public investigation. Twisted Evil

Any sensible person, just looking at the facts pertaining to the proposed investigations of 9/11, would have to have at least doubts about the administration. At the very least. The same doubts should have been expressed and acted upon within the Republican party about the manner in which its right wing went after Clinton. Republicans: forget about how dismayed and angry Democrats were at that horror -- just look at your standing in the rest of the world! The Republican party is in really bad shape.
