Agreed. Obama gets a pop every time he mentions limiting special interests and lobbyists, Hillary when she mentions forcing the insurance companies to insure everyone.

I liked the transparency thing.
Me too. That was good stuff.
Fiscal responsibility one was great!
Obama gets big pop attacking Republicans for their fiscal mismanagement, and then hits McCain. Nice answer. Invest in prevention instead of attacking problems later.

snort... the straight talk express lost some wheels.
This is all straight from Audacity of Hope. Deep stuff he hasn't been able to get into before. (Dietician/ amputation, Buffet/ secretary.)
He's funny, hell. I don't think Hill has told a good joke in a debate yet.
Nice pop at the end.

Hill's doing fine, though. She sounds knowledgeable, smart, and at ease. It's a very good debate.
True, a good debate, but Hillary's strategy seems to be to say the same thing that Obama just said, but slower. Her answer on how she would pay for the health care was exactly the same as his.

Yeah, but I think that's because the answer really was the same, he just got to answer first. It's the most obvious way to pay for it.
Hillary was just nodding along enthusiastically and kind of caught herself -- not too enthusiastic!
Great scapegoating line!!!
I was just drifting in thought while they were talking and had the daydream of President Obama announcing that he was appointing Hillary Clinton the head of his commission on healthcare. "Turns out her plan really was better." Hillary: "I told you I was right."
Good answer on the questions set up to divide them, making things better for everyone.
Illegal immigrant license question next.
Cycloptichorn
filibustering on driver's licenses
the filibustering is totally just repeating what Obama said
Hillary has adopted McCain's immigration plan!
"though he may not admit it now" :-D
