YeeHaw? Is that bad or good for Obama?
Snood -- it couldn't get any better.
It's been a long long year since last January when I first got involved with the Obama campaign on their website.
The Obama campaign has woken up the sleeping spirit of grassroots democracy. Iowa had an incredible turnout.
Tomorrow we will read some articles about horse-trading with the other candidates. With this large a victory, it seems that a large percentage if not a huge percentage of 2nd choices must have been Obama.

With Huckabee as his oponent, there shouldn't be many comments about Obama's funny sounding name...
Is this your way of celebration?

Congratulations, Obama supporters!
Sour grapes.
Anyhoo, I like the idea of this early victory serving to persuade some of the 2nd tier candidates to throw their support Obama's way in more places than just Iowa.
My favorite comment of the night "the Clintons aren't done, he needs to watch his back and his knees".
Huckabee won 41% of the republicans and Obama won 75% of the democRats. GOOD SHOW~!
fer sure. But the momentum from this win will be significant. A lot of folks who were on the hedge about his actual viability will be heartened.
Heehee, that's cute!
Thanks, nimh!
OK, I guess it's safe for me to actually go to bed now. I'd love to see a victory speech but who knows when that would happen.
Kid's been with me throughout -- yes, terribly late for her -- but she's been a big Obama fan too (duh, right?) and is so so so so excited about all of this. And I figure that being invested in and participating in the political process is a good thing, right?
Whew!
Onwards...!
'night, Soz! Whoo-HOOOOOOO!!!!!

EXACTLY. That's the huge thing. One win can snowball so, so easily, given what his "negatives" have been.
congratulations to Obama, but Clinton is the next president.
Huckabee is just to big a joke to even consider as a threast to anyone.
soz, 3.5 years ago it was time to get to work. Tomorrow, it's time to get back to work. Sleep well.

That's the reason most of us are elated at the prospects of a Huck win.
