Approximately 10% of those employed before Obama took office, ceased being employed after Obam took office. That all by itself has caused a widening of the income gap between those in the the top 10% of income earners and those in the bottom 10% of income earners.

We give more than 10% eof our income to private charities that really help rescue those unfortunate people who cannot help themselves now.

Giving that same amount or more to the federal government for the same alleged purpose helps only those who are running the federal government to buy votes.

What is 10% of 145 million?
Now subtract that from 145 million.
Now compare your answer to the employment you list for Obama.

It has just been announced that President Obama will be coming here to Charlottesville (Virginia) on Friday to campaign for the incumbent Dem House of Representatives member.
I wrote on the sleepy little political junkie thread that that strikes me as odd, unless internal polling shows the race to be competitive. I have it going Repub.
The President will not be on the grounds of liberal UVA, but rather downtown. About a mile from my store.
I suspect it will be a last ditch effort to convince Dem voters everywhere to turn out on Tuesday.

As an aside, my phone here at home has been ringing about once an hour with a robo-call regarding Tuesday's election.
Coincidentally, I heard a story today about the amount of money that is being spent on this race by outside organizations which, as I understand it, can't endorse or attack a specific candidate. Millions of dollars.
I got a call this afternoon from the Judeo-Christian Coalition urging me to talk to my pastor about the National Organization For Marriage Education.

I'll get right on that.

Meanwhile, there is a thread here called "The A2K November, 2010, Election Game" where folks are welcome to post their predictions on what will be the make up of the Senate, House and Governors' offices after Tuesday.
