Bush has no remorse for the thousands of soldiers killed in Iraq, no guilt over the hundred thousand dead Iraqi citizens, no concern for the victims of Katrina but he's "shocked and saddened to learn that former domestic policy adviser Claude Allen" stole from a department store.
