The bill has passed, Jes, but President Oclarma has to sign it. So, post-inauguration.

Clarms and strange are two different types of quack, and it is combinations of these and their antifatter pooterparts that make up the clarm-strange me-ons. They are held together by special force-carrying particles called glue.
