I know this might sound silly but I just had to share it because it made me laugh.
I believe cheerio's are a "feel good" food. It simply must be, because it has the word cheer in it. I just ate a bowl of cheerio's and I feel so much better. It's amazing.
So here's my advice:
Always keep a box of cheerio's handy. If you start feeling blue just eat a bowl. It will make you feel better because you are putting the cheer in cheerio's inside of you.

LOL no, believe it or not I ate them just plain, so it must be the cheer in cheerio's that made me feel better. It simply must...
