Lash? Which? What? Where ya been?
Hi!!! How're you!? How's school going??
The previous poster said it (the MAT) wasn't worth a ****, but she didn't want to teach, so I can see why it's not worth a **** to her. I was just saying that for someone who wants to teach, it could be great.
I been studying.
I bee tired.
How bout you?
Studying, moving, delousing.... all great fun!
Watched a lot of movies this weekend at school. One was called A Boy's Life, by HBO. It was very disturbing, but very interesting.

Looks interesting.
(Aside -- one thing that is fun to see is that you're so much more authoritative about child-raising-type-stuff here since you started school! You've always known a lot, but you've tended towards deferential -- now you're speaking up loud and clear, it's cool.)
I saw that a couple of years ago. Parts were harrowing. There are so many ways to screw up children.
Makes me agonize over all the other in the same--or worse--situations.
Soz, you're right! Wow......
Lash, harrowing, shocking...... glad it seemed to turn out ok.
HOORAY!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Littlek, what wonderful news. I wonder if you realize how many people have been rooting for you, knowing that many more people like you are needed to improve the education system?
It is inspiring that many bright, idealistic people go into teaching instead of more lucrative fields. You will make a mark on the profession, I'm sure. Just being there, with your background and understanding of children will have a positive influence in so many lives. Who among us doesn't remember one or two teachers who made a difference in our lives?
So glad I finally caught up with your thread. It has made my day.
Congratulations to a wonderful lady.
Oh great, Kris with attitude, that's all we need (another Dys)
Diana, thanks! I do hope to make a difference to some kids.
Dys...........pthththt
she's not doing that great on the beard, dys. and wears nothing close to cowboy boots i assure you. that all may change though, who knows.
So the hormone therapy is working?
I passed!
I took the first of a set of MA licensure tests last month and got the results today! Woohoo!
<peers up at moon/ stars>
Somethin' is aligned really nicely today! Good going, littlek, we knew you could do it! You're really on your way, now.
Congrats. We knew you could do it!
heh, you're right. The fates have good feelings for teachers today! I also found out that I should have my beloved laptop back by the time I leave for the cape (thursday). AND, our own personal DSL is working, thanks to Dasha!
Now, if I could just get started on that paper....
Thanks Edgar, Mac!

Hahahaha...... I still have 2-3 more to go. Speaking of which, I should look at the schedule!
That's great news, littlek. But I wasn't worried. I knew you'd pass!
