Well, skirt steak is different from both of the above categories - I was wrong, wrong, wrong.

Waiting for the tie-in to porn, heh.
Gus, I used to chase down your Montrachet with Thunderbird.
Osso, isn't skirt steak what is used to make Mexican fajitas. But skirt in spanish is falda. Faja means girdle, I think.
Oh well, I should add that I think it's rather classy of Dys to get us interested in the porn theme and then to wean us away from it with fancy talk about fancy wines. He even got Gus to make pretentious references to his classy wine tastes.
Can't beat the Aussies when it comes to wines, nowadays. Whoodathunk that a country famed for it's weak beer could become world beaters in the wine market.
They are fast becoming the market leaders over here in the UK.
Hardy's Rosemount Shiraz is about the best wine I've tasted in a long time.
I also like their "Fat Bastard" wines, and am glad that they have followed the tradition of giving a good red wine a grand and noble sounding name.
My dad used to manage Hardy's....a long time ago.
And I'd thaught, Lord E would prefer a Cwm Deri, Wylye Valley, if not Pheasants Ridge.
