nor do I know anything about wine. The lady Diane and meself like a glass of wine with dinner but are totally illiterate about wine so when we go shopping we just look for something interesting (mostly reds but I also like the portugese vinho verde white wine) under 10$. So anyway we picked up a bottle of this wine and liked it so much we went back and bought a case. It's a cabernet sauvignon called Casillero del Diable from a vitner in Chile named Concha y Toro. Ok that's the extent of my wine knowledge. Oh, and we buy Mumm's champagne because we recognise the label and it's always been pretty good. I quit drinking Thunderbird years ago.
I'll testify it tasted really good with sirloin tip roast..
Some american reds which I like: red truck, red tattoo, big house red, railroad red..... I haven't seen a few of those recently, though.
Does that still have little plastic bulls hanging from it?
I was a baby wine conoisseur -- my dad knew his wines and I did from very early, but E.G. can't drink wine, so I rarely do, and it's all faded.
it does have a red bull head on the label.
I prefer a Montrachet 1978 from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. I have about seven bottles.

Is that a vinegar?
I think it's an eau de toilette.
Hey, Gus, I'll try that Monte-raket wine - the one from domahin dee la romany cone-tie.
Oh, well, I prefer a Petrus..
That was bs; I've never sipped a Petrus or equivalent. Here's a link:

(thank goodness)
I suppose I could google sirloin tip - I need to anyway, since Dys and I have been discussing matters of culotte cut, skirt steak, and tri-tip and sirloin tip.. I suspect they are different names for the same cut. Will post back if I get anywhere re this on google.
This seems to cover tri tip and sirloin tip.
