Bush Increases Funding to Hope Based Initiatives

Ooooh, I hope this solves all of the worlds problems. I hope we can afford 2.8 Billion dollars. I hope our children and grandchildren can be hopeful enough to pay it off. I hope we aren't just paying it backiwards.

I hope this doesn't further undercut the value of the dollar to the yen. Hopefully, it won't.
