I have to resubscribe to that podcast on iTunes. No... not a podcast of a recording of your dogs drinking a variety of liquids but to the Vinyl Cafe podcast. I stopped and erased a bunch of podcasts including this one in order to make room for a new video game on my computer I don't even play very much as it's too frustrating.

@tsarstepan,
You wine brat.

Some of us snots find ourselves staring at the cheap shelf.

So, snots a lot.

Back in the day, we checked out cheepos for our gallery. Some of them were tasty - we'll, not always. Which we considered some cases of.
Most, were... dreck.

I come to check in with my friends and find I have been insulted by two of my fellow A2K'ers. How rude.

Rock - kiss my ass. Razz I was warm and toasty and it was a gift from my grandmother.

You too Tsars. Grinch. Wink

I don't have discerning taste when it comes to wine. I think it is a bunch of BS when I hear people talking about tasting chocolate and all of those flavors in something that just tastes - fermented - to me...but okay. They can pick out all of that - good for them.

And they can look down at those of us who cannot. Whatever rocks their world.

Razz

I am going to the bus stop in my granny gear by the way. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Rock. Very Happy

feeling: Glad to be busy.

@ossobuco,
You are CORRECT dear Swimpy! Sideways! Best film of 2004!

Wine brat Ms. Ossobuco?

In reality, I'm too intimidated by the whole wine thing. If I have to prioritize my luxury spending to either movies or wine? I will choose film every time. That's why I couldn't resist the paraphrased film drop. Smile

feeling: a little scatterbrained.

Beth - you've found your passion!

Swimpy - a brand new baby to adore - congratulations! Are you a gram, gramma, grammy, granny, grandma, nan, nanny, or oma by any chance? (If I ever become that blessed, I wonder what I'll be).

What grape varities are in Merlot anyway, does anybody else not know?

I'm an oma now, but I'll let her call me anything she wants.

@Joeblow,
I didn't mean to be a smarty pants, but wine in the new world is typically named for the variety of grape, with some exceptions. In France, the wine is named for the area of the country where the wine is made. Merlot in France is typically a Bordeax.

@tsarstepan,
Hah, I don't think of you as a wine brat. I might be one if I could, but since I am sans nose, I'd always fail. I can taste good wine when I run across it. I think.
This is irrelevant, re money.

We could explore napa sonoma together, given some wine scholarship funds.

Not to scare you.
