devries, long time no see! (I've decided to get back into the word play threads, at least more often).

wearing: some weird stretch pants I got from Travel Smith [TM] a long time ago. They feel good but sag quickly at the knees, which I think is hilarious, so I hardly ever wear them out the door. They happen to be grey green. Plus, an extremely colorful hawaiian mode short sleeved shirt (lessee, chartreuse, ice blue, yellow, purple, black, turquoise flower pattern with some kinda nut buttons. Some tan leather nine west clodlike flipflops. My $10. watch from a thrift in Napa, an old Guess rectangular gem with a pearlescent face and golden roman numerals with a new leather band.

hearing: cars going down the through street about a hundred feet from my house, the street that winds along the Petroglyph National Monument.

eating: nothing - I had some lemon yogurt about an hour ago.

drinking: about to pour a half inch of bourbon, add a bunch of ice cubes, and cover that with chocolate milk

doing: paperwork, or not doing paperwork, as the case may be

looking forward to: getting more stuff out of my storage unit

feeling: not going to worry about anything, tomorrow is time enough

wanting: continued health, maybe some wealth.

wearing:Carmel-colored boots, long raw silk dark brown skirt, olive-ish t-shirt, new haircut that I'm still getting used to -- SHORT. It hasn't been this short in about 20 years. About 10 inches off, total (though not all at once so I couldn't do the locks of love thing, darn). Didn't know he was going to go THAT short, but he kept layering and layering. I'd given him general parameters and told him to do whatever he thought was best. It's still past my shoulders, but barely. Very wavy and light and full, I like it.

eating: About to go out to lunch and try to finish editing this accursed thesis -- why'd I agree to do it? (Not the one I've talked about before, this one is some 350 pages and scientific -- ugh.)

looking forward to: Getting through this current glut of work -- work is good, this all happened to descend at the same time.
