I'm off to celebrate Christmas Eve with my family, and since I have been indulging in Christmas Cheer and the season warms my heart, I feel the need to wish you all a Merry Christmas.
If, like me, you are not a Christian, don't get your panties or loincloth in a wad because of my cultural insensitivity. If you are a Christian, similarly don't let your undergarments twist because I am not giving the holiday its religious due.
Christmas (with or without the Christ) is a time of year to put bad thoughts away and focus on what binds us together as human beings.
As Meher Baba said and Bobby McFerrin sang: "Don't wory, be happy!"
Good things are in store for us. Welcome them.
A peaceful, prosperous and happy new Year to you all!
