Here is an example. Let's use how I attained my position at my company.
The fellow that had my job was my superior. I didn't like him, because he sucked at his job and was a general suckass to the top brass.
The situation: He had a good friend of mine in the department fired for erroneous reasons.
The twist: 50 grand in digital transfers and evidence of illegal entry into a protected system found on his computer.
My friend got his job back, with a raise, and I took over as department head. Oh my.
From what I gather from this post, you manipulated data to bring about your friend getting his job back with a raise and you got promote? Is I am reading that correctly?
I wasn't talking about Howard LaVey.
Can you tell I just got up from a nap?
What I meant to say is ...you got promoted? and Am I reading that correctly?
Sleepy brain right now.
MA,
Yes, you read it correctly.
Amigo,
Right...so..what is your point?
Doktor S,
So, you essentially broke the law and lied about someone to get what you wanted?
What happened to poor little Howards ego?

If your use of 'howard' instead of 'anton' was supposed to be a barb, it was completely ineffectual. Lots of people change their names. So what?
What are you trying to say? Communication skills obviously aren't your forte..are you anywhere near coming up with a point? English IS your first language, right?
Spit it out man.

I didn't break any laws. I had no obligation to speak up. Nothing I did was on a computer I didn't have legal access to.
Anyway, I'm not going any further into detail on this one, it was an example.
Are there subsets within the classifications or any blending between right and left?
Doktor S,
No further detail is needed. I just needed to know the basics. So, what you actually did was wrong to me (and I would think many others), right?
So, it seems to me that satanism is giving you license to do what you want to do and not consider how it effects someone else?
What of the man that lost his job? What about his family?
Not really. The supreme authority is either in you or outside of you. I supose pantheism is the middle ground.
Watch out: contains semi-spoilers for 'The Machinist'
In The Machinist, Bale's character Trevor Reznik also faces a few crossroads. During the movie, he always takes the left-hand path (while in his car); except in the end; when he finds true redemption. Also, the left-hand path in the movie is within: to forget, to ignore, to forgive oneself, et cetera. The right-hand path, however, comes from without. In the end of the movie, this (the right-hand path) seems to offer true redemption!
(Dunno if this is useful to you, but it is to me)
[/spoiler]
So, in the end, peace from within, can give you some form of temporary peace, but it is, I think, just not enough! You must make peace with your milieu as well. Peace from within is a condition for redemption, but not redemption itself.
I used to think I was smart. Then I read the above.
Neologist asks about subsets. Dok, answers that the only significant distinction is between "in here" and "out there". I would suggest that within the "in here" set there may be a significant difference between "ego-oriented" (Satanists) and ego-rejecting mystics (e.g., zen buddhists).
"id"oriented anarchists, "ego' is a sell-out position.
Doktor S,
So, in order to be a Satanist, you give up the concept of right and wrong?

mother angel, you seem to have a weird sense of right and wrong, perhaps you think in terms of "morals" which have nothing to do with right and wrong.
I would suggest you try to think of the idea of ethics.
dys,
I do not have a weird sense of what is right and wrong and I meant just what I posted.
I wanted to know if to be a Satanist you give up the concept of right and wrong.
