You don't spell phonetically, if you did you'd spell it ferne'icly, as that's how it's pronounced.

NO. There is no R in it.
Its FONE, like teleFONE.

There's no F in enough either, doesn't mean it's not pronounced. Like the R in tomato, pronounced termar'er. Notice the t is silent.
