Overstating it a bit, arent we? "sermons", "start bible bashing", you're talking like there was a reverend doing the rounds past the tables or something. It was just a sign, for chrissakes (er, oops)

Well, for the location of this particular McDonalds, I'd say they'd be offending many more than they currently are.

I highly doubt many people head over to the Hardees instead when they see the sign as it is now.

But, if it said "Thank Darwin," they would lose a LOT of business. There are several major churches close by, including the largest Catholic one I know of and one of the largest Southern Baptist, and the oldest Methodist church in continuous service east of the Mississippi.

It's her business. She can do what she likes. including telling customers "Merry Christmas."
