Haven't been following this thread for some time now since it like all long running threads tend to become circular. However, dropping in for a look I see.this statemewnt

The holocaust was perpetrated by nominal Lutherans and Catholics, mostly -

Not Christians -

When, I ask, did Lutherans and Catholics become non Christians. In addition could someone define Christianity.

you do understand that if you guys hadn't killed Jesus there wouldn't have been a holocaust, right?

Better still if you guys had not bought into the Jesus myth their would have been no cause for the Holocaust.

Regarding the "Jewish banker"statement I am in total agreement with Lash. It was at best an insensitive statement and at worst a freudian slip.

I just heard a quote from Mark Twain: "If Jesus were here today, there is one thing he would NOT be: a christian."

I tend to agree with Twain. He said a lot of good stuff, besides that--which I had never heard until just now.

Einstein, Twain, and Groucho Marx are my favorite source of 'quotations.'

Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.

Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.

In the spirit of Christian love, I forgive you. Go and sin no more. Laughing
