Getting Mildew Gone

Not sure if this is the forum but...

I have noticed that there is some nasty, naughty mildew under the soap holder in my bathtub and also starting in the grout. Bleach works, but is so hard to work with since it splashes and all that.

Any one know of a non bleaching agent that will kill midew and make it go away? And one that does it easily?
