If you feel that i am unpleasant to you or MOAN, something with which i would not disagree, then you might consider what says about my opinion of the two of you and your "contributions" here.

Given your obsession with crude sexual and scatalogical innuendo about those with whom you disagree, Lash, i am all the more moved to hilarity to see you cheering MOAN on. You and she make quite a couple.

Setanta,

Oh no! I can't believe Lash or anyone else would think you are unpleasant. I can't imagine where anyone would get that idea from. I am so sorry someone might think badly of you. It's ok Big Guy, you just remember, sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me. Yep! You guessed it. My grandma taught me that too!

There you go using those big words! I have to look them up. Well, I know it must be hard for someone with your intelligence to try to think like people like me, huh? I can imagine just how difficult that can be when someone doesn't seem to understand you. But, I know you are doing the best you can. So, hang in there! You will do just fine.

You think Lash and I make a quite a couple? OH WOW! Coming from you that is such an awesome compliment! I wonder if she and I could go on the road and spread some cheer and smiles. Wow! What do you think. I know you give such wise advice so I will listen very carefully.

I haven't been able to find anything on that Twelve Step Program yet. Have you? I am trying so hard not to give in to this addiction. But....wait....I think I can do it.....I think I can get through one whole post with no hearts!.................................................http://web4.ehost-services.com/el2ton1/heart.gif OH NO! I relapsed! Embarrassed

Guess it's true what they say, one smiley is too many and a thousand is never enough! Laughing

He isn't "always pleasant" to anyone.

Sometimes pleasant to few.

Rarely pleasant to any.

I think he'd punch himself if he wasn't afraid of how he would retaliate.

Amazing the judgments which the self-avowed christians here so habitually pass on others. Quite in character, though . . .

Big Bird, not to worry, i don't like you either . . .

That's sad.

Wouldn't you try to like more people?

At least Big Bird.

Damn.

It'll lower your blood pressure.

I have to take issue with these falsehoods.

Set has always been pleasant to me, and many others on these fora.

He does not suffer fools lightly, so in this regard, I am indeed fortunate.

In fact, my blood pressure always runs to the low end of normal. I use a lot of salt in my diet, because it would otherwise fall into the range of 90 over 60, which is unhealthy.

It is so silly to see such feeble attempts to bring your interlocutor into disrepute.

Big Bird?! Where!? I love big bird! I love those big feathers! You know somebody told me once that Big Bird was gay but I don't believe it, do you Setanta? I mean gee, just because he wears feathers? Rolling Eyes

You think Lash and I are amazing! Oh wow! I am so honored Embarrassed . I just don't know what to think. Amazing. What a wonderful thing for someone to say. I can't thank you enough for that very unbiased opinion.

Since I relapsed on that last post, I just have no control now. I fear I need help! Setanta, please, can you help me? I know how important it is for you to be pleasant to others and help them when they truly are asking for something. So please, Setanta, will you be my Smileys Anonymous sponsor? I promise I will do my best to work the 12-Steps to the best of my ability. I will do step one right now, ok?

I came to believe that I am powerless over my addiction to emoticons and my life has become unmanageable because of it. Confused

Man, that's hard. But they say once you admit you have a problem then you are halfway there! Woo Hoo! Laughing

Can I call you Mr. Setanta now that I have asked you to be my sponsor?http://web4.ehost-services.com/el2ton1/heart.gif

High blood pressure is not a criticism.
LTX-- I think it's nice to say nice things about people--

My statements are based on observation.

Anyone can deem anyone else a fool and treat them like crap.

Setanta,

Oh wow! Why didn't you tell me? I had no idea you had blood pressure problems. I sure hate to think you might not be feeling well. Crying or Very sad I would love to send you a Get Well card. I could even do it over the computer. I think they are called e-cards? I'm not a real hightech redneck yet, but I'm working on it! Laughing

Wait...be right back...need to look up interlocutor.....ok, got it!

Interlocutor: a man in the middle of the line in a minstrel show who questions the end men and acts as leader

Ok, I am confused. Can you explain that one to me. I have no clue as to how that fits in here? Confused I'm sorry to ask you to use smaller words, Setanta, since you are so brilliant and all, but I just have a problem with big words sometimes. Must be that backwoods Louisiana upbringing?

Dang! I can't stop! I just can't do it! It's too hard! These emoticons are ruining my life!http://web4.ehost-services.com/el2ton1/heart.gif

You do love to play stupid games.

The definition which you have used is the second definition at Answers-dot-com. The first, and more common definition of interlocutor is: "Someone who takes part in a conversation, often formally or officially."

You don't even get a "nice try" for that horsie poop . . .

Mr. Setanta,

Oh wow! Everybody! Did you see that? Setanta said he would be my Smileys Anonymous sponsor and I can call him all I want! Even until I turn blue in the face! Do you know how long that is? My grandma used to say it was a loooooooooonnng, loooooooooooooooong, time. Laughing

I can't believe it! You are going to be my sponsor. I am so honored. I don't know if I can live up to your expectations but I will sure do my best. I may do stupid things sometimes and say things that are stupid but I know you will point them out to me because that's what a good sponsor does, right?

Ok, Step Two: "Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity".

Uh oh. We might have a bit of a problem with this one. I have heard that some in Twelve Step Programs don't use God right away as their Higher Power. If it's ok with you, I'd like to use you as my Higher Power, ok? Since you are so superior in everything compared to me I think that would be a good choice, don't you?

I mean be honest, ok? You are my sponsor and if you're not honest it won't help me!

Thanx again for agreeing to be my Smileys Anonymous Sponsor Mr. Setanta. I can't tell you just how much this means to me.http://web4.ehost-services.com/el2ton1/heart.gif

Oops! Well, I only used three this time. Embarrassed

MoAn,
I have a relative in NE Louisiana (Transylvania) who is a witch doctor that has had great success curing people of their emoticon addictions. You just drive into town, look for the water tower with the large black bat painted on it, and ask for Bubba. He'll get you straight.
