Damn State Department....hell, they're just constantly putting up roadblocks in front of the administrative branch.
Probably best to get rid of diplomacy -- when you think about it. Mostly consists of diplomatic wimps trying to be polite and thoughtful. I betcha most of them do those awful things Senator Santorum warns us against. We clearly need to tell the world how things gonna be, not ask 'em.
