You first...What's all the Latin, there?
its the begining of mass in the traditional rite. "I will go unto the alter of God: to God who gives joy to my youth"
its a psalm
43 or 48 i forget
that was meant to say 42 or 48

I just got a kick out of your avatar. From reading your ABORTION posts I think it fits you. It's awsome.
nick17...
As I understand, God is the "creator" of all that is. (I put it in quotes because I don't feel that the word is completely accurate, but it's the best I can think of. Create implies time, but God is eternal, ever-present.)
God is the only one capable of true judgment. I don't believe any human has the capacity to pass judgment on anyone.
I believe the Holy Spirit (the "voice" of God) is present in everyone and is what is meant by the word "conscience".
I believe in one true faith, but not in one true religion. Religious institutions are human constructs and, like the words used to define them, they are subject to fall short of their purpose.
Quote:I believe the Holy Spirit (the "voice" of God) is present in everyone and is what is meant by the word "conscience".
The Holy Spirit is not the meaning of the word conciousness. The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Holy Trinity - procedeing from the Father and the Son but at the same time co - equal. The Holy Spirit has been around since the biggining of time, before the beggining of time as have the Father and the Son.
Quote:Create implies time
it probably does, but could you explain that for me anyway
Quote:The Holy Spirit is not the meaning of the word conciousness.
nick17...You misread. I wrote "conscience" not "consciousness".
just swap round the words in my post. not the meaning of the word concience either
What would say is the difference, then?
