I am having a remote starter put on our second car. They need to bypass a pass lock on the car so it's an extra $50 so it's bypassed, not disabled. The range is 1400 feet and there is a 2 way remote included. (the car talks to the remote to tell it if it's turned on). They want $159 for the set up. Is this a good price? Or should I shop around?
I had no idea they were that cheap. That'd be real useful mid-summer.
So that must be a good price.

I have never researched such a thing, so I wouldn't know. My knee-jerk reaction is that it would be more expensive, but I really don't know.
