As a transexual woman, I watched this episode earlier this week, expecting to see another stereotypical, exploitation of us transgendered women. However this show was done with understanding, gentleness and compassion. It was a great depiction of some of the desparation that some experience. The acting and writing were top notch in every way. Techniquelly, there were a few things that could have been mentioned, but not of major import to the story.

If any of you saw it, I'd love to read your comments. I was prepared to send scathing letters to the network and producers of this show, but will send praise instead. It had me crying at the end, knowing that there are some people in the entertainment businesss that actually get it and get it right.
