NPR is reporting that Dick Cheney's approval rate is at 19%.
I can'r believe it's that high quite frankly.

I didn't even know VP's had approval ratings. But if true, I agree that number is unbelievable. So high?
That's inflated because all of his cardiologists are afraid to give their real opinion.
