I don't think anybody has a mild opinion of O'Reilly. Generally, you love him or hate him. But, no matter your opinion, he wields incredible power.
He forced Red Cross to change policy in distributing funds to 911 victim's families. He dropped the dime on the Sami professor at Florida State for raising money for Hamas. The guy was sent home the next day from work, and eventually indicted. He got Ludicris fired by Coke...
O'Reilly doesn't have the SS working for him. He rules by public opinion. Something tells me swaying public opinion is an acceptable thing. I agree with all these things he has caused to occur.... but something else causes me to be a bit uneasy about his 'power'.
He calls for French boycotts. This is OK. IMO. But, what if he crosses the line? What is the line?
I'm watching him. Not out of any allegience, but out of curiosity. What cause will he take up next?
Is anyone else curious/concerned?
Thought we could discuss his latest pet projects here.
we don't get televised fox news here. i hear o'reilly on the radio, we just got the show at the begining of the month. so far it's interesting, not as biased as i had heard it would be. but it's still early.
You should throw Michael Savage in the mix.

What are you mixing? Poison?
Husker--
I've heard Savage referenced, but never heard his show.
Has he affected some policy change somewhere, or just another popular, conservative radio talker?
I think I've heard that he is pretty rough with his rhetoric. How do you characterize him?
