Aw, it's practically over. I hear some guy saying, "Break it up. Move along. Nothing to see here," already.

Even though the Astros keep losing, at least the games are close. That's better than getting blown out continuously.

True, edgar, it could be more depressing, couldn't it? Rolling Eyes

I'm thrilled they got to the series. I recall at the beginning of the season they couldn't win a game at all. They've overcome a lot this year.

It kind of sucks not having a dog in this fight, but for you, edgar, I'm rootin' fer the 'stros!

Geez, you're right, they better get their asses in gear. Only two more ups.

I'm hoping they bring in Jeter to pinch hit.

It was a good year for us, despite a disappointing end. Congratulations to those bums from Chicago.

In the words of Roy Orbison and all who are in Houston...It's over, it's over...

In Chicago this morning the song is of course Happy Days Are Here Again.

It was a good series and even though I was rooting (barely) for the Sox, I was impressed by the great playing from Houston. Congratulations on having at least gotten to the series, that alone is a major feat for any team.
