As any good New Englander knows, the best (and only way) to really prepare lobster is steamed - with a good dose of butter to dip it in - talk about your clogged arteries.

I have had it prepared sauté with ginger in a restaurant in Chinatown - very good, but I have to say the New England way is by far the best.

Ohhhh, a two pound lobster! I think I'm in love......

(while I sit here and eat my own peanut butter (sans mayo) sandwich with Gus.)
