Sometimes Yaya seems to think her name is "you." "Hug you, Mama!" means "hug me." However, it is not something that we are encouraging.
I love to watch her language develop. She used to use verb tenses correctly, but she's realized that past-tense means add -ed. So now it's "it camed out." T assures me that this is normal development and that she'll sort it all out.
