Any experienced waiters/waitresses w/ tips?

Hi! I'm new to this forum and I am a 16 yr. old female. I am ready to get another job and I wanted to work at like an Outback Steakhouse or something similar. Does anyone have experience there? Any other servers that have advice for me? (do they even hire 16 yr. olds to be servers?) Anyway- don't tell me about how rude the people are, I know, have worked in a customer service dept. just not restaurants- Thanks a ton! Love the site!
