good, good, good!
wandel?
This is a bad month for me, sorry.
On that day I have a CT scan and other medical tests. But actually all of this month is bad for me.
Sorry to miss you again this round, jw. Next time you get to pick the date.
Ok, lunch on Wednesday -- Gargamel, the rest of us are fairly flexible with time and place. Do you have a nearby haunt that you want to suggest. I'm pretty clueless as to what's in the south Loop other than the places we've already hit. Tried and true is fine with me but I'd be perfectly willing to try a new place.
I'll need to think about that.
k -- again, we can go back to any of the other spots. They've all been good. joe -- do you remember the name of the Irish Pub - slash - burger joint we went to the last year with Sublime? Might be a bit of a hike for Gargamel...
Oh, I'll hike a bit. Provided we're south of Grand and north of Jackson.
how 'bout a half block further south? I think this was it...
Poag Mahone's
That's perfect. Very close to work. Good for a yes-man like me. My boss holds my soul in the palm of her hand.
Poag Mahone's sounds good. What time?
I've eaten there before. Good burger. Nothing exceptional, but palatable.
How 'bout a bit before noon? I'm driving down so I can't time things exactly, but I'll get there around 11:45 if that works for everyone else.
11:45 sounds good to me. We might be able to beat the noontime rush.
I will most likely make it.
But a disclaimer: my boss has been busting my ass and it wouldn't be good for me to be gone more than an hour. Sorry in advance if I part abruptly.
I'm a good bitch.
Have a nice meal and enjoy the time and company!

Do you know what that name means?
Oh yes, it's in the link.
I hope you all have a good time at Poag Malone's today. I would rather be with you guys. My doctor decided to make this month busy for me with tests.
Let me know how your lunch goes. Don't forget the most important item of business: inducting Walter as an honorary member.
