I am the type of person who does not worry about things I can't control. I think people who worry about being hit by a terrorist should seek therapy. But I must admit this potential Bird Flu concerns me considering that we have cronies running the agencies in government that are supposed to protect us in these matters.

I too am concerned about the government's role in this....
But even more concerned about individuals ability to take responsibility for safeguarding their own health.
If, God forbid, I got sick, it'll be because I personally did not take enough precautions.
This is going to be a time that our day to day actions will determine our health.
Help from the government in the form of vacines is very important.
However I'm not going to rely on them to avoid people snorking their bodily fluids in my direction.
