oh she'd love the monkeys ....i'm going to see her around 5....her father is gunna be there i talked to him for like almost 2 hr earlier thats why i got offline when i said brb.

FYI - Franklin Park Zoo is open year round. If it is cold, you can still go in the Tropical Forest park - I think I heard that the mom gorilla had another baby recently.

Katie : Glad Baby didn't need the surgery. If she's doing the
things now,that she usually does, then she may have a shorter stay in rehab than they think. Once her physical pain is over.then she can put her attention on being your baby again and doing normal 2 year-old stuff,as usual. Her rehab will probably be less complicated at age 2,than it would be for any adult who had to relearn a lot more .

thanks.....my face is doing a lot better.....i have to wear a neckbrace for 3 months and i have to follow-up on my hand in 4 weeks and i also have to go to hand theraphy.

ouch,Katie, glad you're better ! I wouldn't have the patience for the neck brace. Is it the hard kind or the foam rubber kind?

i am so annoyed with the neck brace i just wanna rip it off!its plastic with foam padding on the inside.i just got back from seeing my daughter....wow i cried when i saw her smiling and playing that game with my dad.....then my dad sat her up and she was playing with her spongebob book its the kind that makes noise and she was turning the pages by herself and everything i am just so happy right now knowing the old keely is coming back.

I hate to inflict Unasked For Opinions on anyone, but having Keely's father worried and involved might be best for Keely in the long run.

Tiny and not-so-tiny children assume that when a parent doesn't want to see them that they are bad, bad children who have offended greviously.

At least you won't be wearing the brace in the heat of summer.

Keely's father has been there for her since the accident,either going to see her by bus and train and i know he calls the hospital everyday to see how she is doing,i've wanted him involved in her life becuz i didnt want to bring a child into this world and then having them end up without a father .it was his own choice not to see her becuz he is immature.anyways my neck hasnt been itchy at all...yet lol so im good for now
