Where do you find verified backlink channels that still work?

Most of the old backlink lists I used to rely on are dead or packed with spam. I came across LinkTRX, a platform for discovering verified backlink channels and setting up 1:1 exchanges. Curious whether anyone here has tried it, or has other channels that still work: https://linktrx.com/
