Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States:
"My fellow Americans as I stand here tonight among the ruins of what was once the great city of New Orleans, I want the nation to feel secure and comforted in the fact that the city will be rebuilt. I have total confidence in the spirit and determination of the people who will once again rebuild this jewel in the crown of the great state of Alabama".
I'm thinking he will also announce that poverty rates in LA have been sigficantly reduced.
don't forget: "Rebuilding a city is a hard work. It's hard work! But make no mistake! We have shown the terrorists and we'll show nature, too!"
