In the 1950's Eisenhower attempted to solve the "Indian problem" with his Native American Relocation Act by simply turning native americas out from their reservation homes, buying them one-way bus tickets to designated cities and sending them packing, Lyndon Johnson created the War on Poverty. George W Bush has combined the two ideas in the aftermath of Katrina; his "war on poverty" amounts to "if you can't turn them into productive republicans by drowing them, just send them away." At the same time Homeland Security via F.E.M.A. has instituted a war on Malignancies (it's about time) and has reported successes in routing out followers of Huey Long, most of whom were reported to have been located in nursing homes that were evacuated in a timely manner (post death). Of course, the battle is not over yet but, if we can avoid the blame game, we will bring democracy to NO, LA (floaters must have picture ID's to vote). Bush finally has adopted a bi-partisan approach to problem solving.

Oh dys. You must be well-rested.
